Game Trade-In Policy

1. Placing a Sell Order

To trade in your game, please place a Sell Order on our website — gameshort.in — under the Sell Section.
The cash prices quoted are valid for 15 days.
Your game must reach us within this period to receive the quoted value.

2. Eligibility & Condition

• Faulty or non-working items will not be accepted. Such items will either be returned to you at your own cost or safely destroyed.

• If your game has any damage or missing items, the trade-in value may be reduced accordingly.

3. Testing & Final Decision

All trade-in games are tested upon arrival.
The final decision regarding the condition of the game(s), items received, and any discrepancies between your sell order and the items sent lies solely with gameshort.in.
Based on our testing results, the final value of your sell order may be revised.

4. Returns

Only items that are completely rejected will be eligible for return, and return shipping costs must be borne by the sender.

5. Trade-In Limitations

• Only one copy of any game title can be traded in or cashed in per customer/household.

• Trade-ins are accepted only from within India.

6. Responsibility

gameshort.in will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your item during transit, under any circumstances.
