Please contact us at support@gameshort.in if you wish to cancel your buy or sell order. However, please note that we will not be able to process cancellations if the shipment is already in transit.
Some pre-owned products come with a 7-day return policy, which covers functionality issues only. All our pre-owned products bear our logo stamp, which is necessary to facilitate returns and prevent fraudulent claims. No returns will be accepted if the stamp is tampered with. Only products with an intact gameshort logo stamp will be eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances.
In the case of a return due to non-functionality, a return pickup will be scheduled. Upon receipt, the product will be tested. If confirmed to be non-functional and in accordance with our return policy, a replacement will be provided, subject to the condition that there is no physical damage to the product.
If the product is found to be in perfect working condition, it will be returned to the user after the payment of applicable shipping charges.
Pre-Owned Hardware Warranty
Pre-owned hardware carries a warranty ranging from 7 days to 1 month up to 1 year, effective from the date of delivery. In case of any issue with the product, users must inform us immediately to initiate servicing.
If an issue is reported within 7 days of delivery, the product will be replaced.
If an issue is reported after 7 days and within the warranty period, the product will be serviced through our authorized vendors. The time required will depend on the vendor's service timeline.
The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:
If the product has physical damage.
If it has been repaired by unauthorized personnel.
If the warranty seal is tampered with.
Brand New Hardware
For brand new hardware that includes manufacturer warranties, claims must be made directly through the authorized service centers, as mentioned in the product description.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be made to the original method of online payment only and will not be processed to any alternate payment method.
Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
Product is damaged or faulty
Wrong product delivered
Cancellation before dispatch
Stock unavailability
If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, partial payments will not be refunded. If the full payment has been made and the parcel is dispatched but the customer refuses delivery, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are required to record an unboxing video before opening the parcel. This video must clearly show:
The AWB number on the parcel
All corners of the sealed parcel
In case of damage during transportation, missing items, or receiving a wrong parcel, our team will review the video and process a claim accordingly.
If the unboxing video is not provided, we will not be responsible for any such issues.
