Refund & Return Policies
1. Order Cancellation
To cancel a buy or sell order, please contact us at
support@gameshort.in.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the shipment is in transit.
2. Replacement Policy for Pre-Owned Products
Eligible products are covered under a replacement policy ranging from
24 hours to 7 days, applicable only for functionality issues.
All pre-owned products feature a GameShort logo stamp, which is mandatory for replacement eligibility.
- No replacement will be accepted if the logo stamp is tampered with or missing.
- Only products with an intact GameShort logo stamp qualify for replacement.
Note:
Replacements or returns will not be provided based on the cosmetic or physical condition of the product.
Customers who wish to review the actual condition before purchase may request live product photos from our team prior to placing an order.
Some products may show minor cosmetic scratches or slight signs of wear. These are purely aesthetic and do not affect the performance,
functionality, or durability of the product in any way. In certain cases, the product’s outer cover or packaging may have minor imperfections
or mismatched covers due to handling, storage, or refurbishment processes. However, this does not impact the internal components or the
working condition of the product. All products are fully tested and verified to be in proper working condition before dispatch.
Such minor cosmetic variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or replacements unless they affect functionality.
Replacement Process
If a product is reported as non-functional, a return pickup will be arranged.
After we receive the product, it will undergo testing:
- If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be provided with free shipping, provided there is no physical damage.
- If the product is found to be functional and not as claimed, it will be returned to the customer, and shipping charges will be payable by the customer.
3. Warranty on Pre-Owned Hardware
Warranty duration varies by product: 24 Hours / 7 Days / 1 Month / Up to 1 Year.
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
Customers must report any issues within the warranty period to initiate servicing or replacement.
Warranty becomes void if:
- The product has physical damage.
- It is repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- The warranty seal or GameShort logo stamp is tampered with.
4. Warranty on Brand-New Hardware
All brand-new hardware comes with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims must be raised directly with the authorized service centers mentioned in the product description.
5. Refund Policy
Refund Timelines & Method
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds are issued only online payment method used for the transaction.
Special Conditions
- If an order is cancelled after shipment, any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
- If full payment has been made and the parcel is refused upon delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
6. Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are required to record an unboxing video before opening their parcel.
The video must clearly show:
- The AWB number on the parcel.
- All corners and sides of the sealed parcel before opening.
Important:
Without a valid unboxing video, GameShort will not be responsible for:
- Damage during transit
- Missing items
- Wrong product delivered
