5. Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by gameshort. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change at any time, including after an order is placed, in which case customers will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Requests:
To cancel a buy or sell order, please write to us at support@gameshort.in. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed if the order has already been dispatched.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us via email at support@gameshort.in within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained.

  • Brand New Products: Cannot be returned if the manufacturer’s seal has been broken.

  • Pre-owned Games: Cannot be returned for minor transit damage. Only functional issues are covered under a 7-day return policy.

  • All returned discs must bear our logo stamp to be eligible for a return or replacement. Tampering with this stamp voids return eligibility.

Return and Replacement Process:
If a pre-owned product is found to be non-functional, we will arrange a return pickup. The item will be tested upon receipt:

  • If confirmed non-functional and within policy terms, a replacement will be issued.

  • If the product is functional, it will be returned to you after payment of applicable shipping charges.

Hardware Warranty (Pre-owned):
Pre-owned hardware is covered under a warranty of 7 days to 1 year, as specified at purchase:

  • Within 7 days: Full replacement.

  • After 7 days and within warranty period: Product will be serviced. Processing time depends on vendor turnaround.

  • Warranty becomes void in cases of physical damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering with warranty seals.

Brand New Hardware:
For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the authorized service centers directly as mentioned in the product description.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or faulty.

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Cancellation prior to dispatch.

  • Order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 working days.
