Game Trade-In Policy

To trade in a game, you need to place a sell order on our website gameshort.in by visiting the Sell Section. Cash prices quoted are valid for 15 days. Your game copy must be delivered to us within this period to receive the quoted value.

Disc-based games can only be traded in their original DVD-sized cases. Faulty items will not be accepted and will either be returned to the customer at their own expense or destroyed. Any other damage or missing items will result in a reduced trade-in value accordingly.

The decision of gameshort.in regarding the condition of the trade-in game(s), the actual items received versus the sell order placed, and any missing or damaged items is final. This may result in a subsequent revision of the sell order value based on the condition as determined by our testing team.

Only items that are completely rejected may be returned to the sender (at their own expense).

Only one copy of any title can be traded in or cashed in by each customer/household. Trade-ins are only accepted from within India.

gameshort.in will not be held responsible under any circumstances for any loss or damage to the item during transit.
