Game Trade-In Policy

1. Placing a Sell Order

To trade in your game, place a Sell Order on gameshort.in under the Sell Section.
Quoted cash prices are valid for 15 days from the date of the quote.
Your game must reach us within this period to receive the quoted value.

2. Eligibility & Condition

Only working and complete items are accepted.
Games with damage, missing items, or non-functional components may have their trade-in value reduced.
Non-working items will be contacted for return or can be safely recycled if you choose not to receive them back.

3. Testing & Final Value

All trade-in games are tested upon arrival to verify functionality and completeness.
Based on testing results, the final trade-in value may be adjusted. Customers will be informed of any discrepancies.

4. Returns

Only items that are not accepted for trade-in will be returned.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender unless otherwise agreed.

5. Trade-In Limitations

Only one copy of any game title per customer/household is eligible for trade-in.
Trade-ins are accepted from within India only.

6. Responsibility During Transit

We recommend secure packaging and tracked shipping.
Gameshort.in is not responsible for loss or damage during transit, but we will assist in documenting the case for the courier if needed.
