GTA IV follows Niko Bellic, an immigrant who comes to Liberty City searching for the American Dream and a man who betrayed him in the past. In The Lost and Damned, you play as Johnny Klebitz, a biker caught between loyalty to his gang and growing chaos.
In The Ballad of Gay Tony, you follow Luis Lopez, a nightclub manager dealing with crime, money, and high society.

All three stories connect, showing Liberty City from different perspectives and revealing how crime affects everyone in the city.
